Starting in the 2013-2014 season LSJBA will schedule one certified referee to work along side a junior non certified referee in all games from 1st - 5th grade.  LSJBA already uses certified referees in grades 6 - 12.  We believe this will add more consistency to our games at the same provide more mentoring opportunities for our younger referees.
